The Old Coffee Pot Restaurant – Local “Guide” Food Review
Our local “guide” food review series continues with The Old Coffee Pot Restaurant. They are a long time mainstay of early morning and late night eats. Recently reopened, The Old Coffee Pot is refurbished and bright but just as welcoming as it was in the past. With both indoor and patio seating, it is a great place to enjoy light breakfasts and pastries any time.

Along with breakfast and brunch the restaurant serves plenty of New Orleans favorites. For instance, Red beans and rice, Jambalaya, and Shrimp and Grits are all on the menu. One of their house specialties is the Fleur De Lis Chicken, they serve it with a crab meat stuffing and top it with gulf shrimp and beurre blanc. Above all, well worth a taste! ⚜️⚜️⚜️⚜️⚜️
